With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Micheal Duane Boltz of Renton, Washington, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Boltz and Barbara Boltz; his wife Cachita Boltz; and his sister Pamela Farmer. He is survived by: his cousins, Doug Tesner, Jodi Rethmeier, Rich Boltz, Carol Zmijewski and Jim Farmer; and his close friends, Richard and Nancy Carden.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Moose Lodge (9550 W Peoria Ave, Peoria, AZ 85345).
