Buchanan; his stepmother Phyllis Rothlauf of Des Moines; his brothers, David E. Roohr (Launa), James B. Roohr and Patrick A. Rothlauf (Pam); his sisters-in-law, Christy Rothlauf of Des Moines, IA, Betsy J. Taylor (George) and Karen L. Todd (Bill); Lefty and Rathjen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
