We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2025, at the age of 101, Phyllis Dean of Ridgefield, Washington, born in Bemidji, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Cordon "Cordy" Dean; and her stepson Phillip Dean. She is survived by: her children, Gilbert Dean of Indio, California, Leslie Phernetton of Ridgefield, Washington and Laura Dean of Fayetteville, Georgia; her stepson Chris Dean (Laura); her grandchildren, Nathan Phernetton, Rachel Blodgett (Chris), Mae Dean (Amy), Tiffany Dean, Ted Dean and Aubrey Rutter (Greg); and her great grandchildren, Mason Phernetton, Joshua Blodgett, Oliver Clark, Penelope Clark, Quinn Clark and Bergen Rutter. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a large extended family.
