She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Klein and Gloria Klein; and her husband Dan Breazeale. She is survived by : her sons, David (Kassandrah), Dusty and Daniel, Jr.; her grandchildren, Johnny, Rylan and Gannon; and her great grandchild Tate.
