He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaither G. Clubb and Edith D. Clubb (Jacobson); his brother Gary Clubb; and his granddaughter Kaitlyn Smith. He is survived by: his wife Denise A. Clubb; and his children, Debbie Mazurek (Jon), Laverna A. Smith (Curtis), Brigette Leake (Scott), Amanda Leavitt (Jay) and Gerald Clubb (Dana). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 5 sister-in-laws, and numerous nieces and nephews.
