In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Jack had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Jack may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorne Blain and Dorothea Blain; and his brother Kenneth. He is survived by: his children, Joan McKinney (Ron), Jim Blain (Carolyn), Jeff Blain (Shelly) and Jacque Dickerson (Jake); his wife Janice Blain; and his brother Harold Blain. He is also survived by his children and their spouses; his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rochester Middle School (9937 US-12, Rochester, WA 98579).
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to the Alzheimer's charity.
