Clubb; and his children, Debbie Mazurek (Jon), Laverna A. Smith (Curtis), Brigette Leake (Scott), Amanda Leavitt (Jay) and Gerald Clubb (Dana). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 5 sister-in-laws, and numerous nieces and nephews.
