He is survived by: his daughter Josie Mikal Dale Weaver; his parents, Dale Weaver (Sandy) and Carla Carey; his significant other LauraLee Weaver; and his siblings, Chuck Weaver (Traci), Mike Carey and Vicki Robins. He is also survived by seven nieces and two nephews; as well as several great-nieces and great-nephews.
