He was predeceased by: his siblings, Betty and George. He is survived by: his wife Vicki D. Bergstrom; his children, Sam (Belinda) and Lisa (Duane); his grandchildren, Jason, Joshua, Sara (Sam), Hannah, Michaela and Benjamin (Lisa); his great grandchildren, Asa, Catherine, Hudson (Joshua), Elliot, Robin (Jason) and Austin (Sara); his sister-in-law Judy; and his brother Bruce. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
