He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Harwood and Lester Harwood; his wife Mary Lou; and his brothers, Gene, Everett and Glen.
He is survived by: his sister Arlene of Leavenworth; his sons, Mark Harwood (Della) of Greenacres, Alan Harwood (Nancy) of Walla Walla, Eric Harwood (Judy) of Prosser and Gary Harwood (Chrystal) of Spokane; his grandchildren, Amanda, Jerod, Jason, Jeff, Jeremy, Rolan, Robin, Justin, Josee and Adelaide; and his great grandchildren, Weston, Brielle, Leighton, Teagan, Chloe, Jackson, Harper, Hattie, Mac, Maggie, Aliza, Jade, Raiden, Milo, Will, Katelyn, Blake, Lennon, Marley, Greear and Jack.
