It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Aleksander Begun of Seattle, Washington, who passed away on May 10, 2026, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Aleksander shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Aleksander farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Zelda Koblenz and Abram Begun. He is survived by: his son Andrey; and his grandchildren, Anya, Samuel, Theodore and Julia. He is also survived by his wife and daughters.
