He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Milloy and Bell Milloy (Stubblefield). He is survived by: his wife Patty Milloy; his daughter Holly Beard (Padjen-Downey); his son-in-law Roy Beard; and his grandchildren, Amethyst Downey-Beard, Mylez Downey, Emma Beard and Cody Beard. He is also survived by friends, coworkers.
