He is survived by: his wife Shannon; his children, Geoff Smock (Emily Newton), Alex Smock (Keli) and Kirsten Smock (Alex Mullen); his stepchildren, Kate Van Tighem (Ryan) and Matt Hisken; his grandchildren, Ellie, Jameson, Bjorn and Luke; his siblings, Christie Engel (Terry) and Patrice Sinclair (Mark); and his sister-in-law Julia Smock.
