It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmen Rose Allstrom of Seattle, Washington, born in Sedro Woolley, Washington, who passed away on June 5, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nick Brando and Ella Brando; her husband Evan Dean Allstrom; and her sister Nickie Moss Morris (Lorraine McKinney). She is survived by: her nieces, Pam Gray, Sandra McCoy (Bob), Juanita Cheyne (Sam), Sherry Schuler (Greg) and Polly Sinclair (Mark); her cousin Barbara Oyler; and her godchildren, Carrie Rae Bratlie (Craig Peterson) and Scot Rombough (Carey).
