We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2023, at the age of 86, Carol Lee Randall (Seattle, Washington), born in Portland, Oregon passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Randy; her sister Joan Bellman; her sibling's children, Kathy Tinoco (Joe) and Dan Bellman; her great-nephews, Will Tinoco and Steven Tinoco; and her great-niece Anna Tinoco.
