He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Fay and Bea Fay; and his brother Stephen. He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his daughters, Bethany, Brianna of Arvada and Colo; and his brother Daryl Fay (Kelly) of Prescott, Wisc.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
