He was predeceased by: his parents, Reinhard Wesley Stutsman and Louise Ruth Stutsman; his brother Carl Stutsman; and his brother-in-law Fred Zimmerman. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Stutsman; and his siblings, Art Stutsman (Pam), Arnold Stutsman (Lisa), Elizabeth Stutsman, Esther Zimmerman and Virginia Bennett (Jim).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home Chapel (6329 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Norfolk, or the Gideons International.
