He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Cook and Elizabeth Duff Cook; his wife Rachel Cook; his daughters, Bethany Cook Zylstra and Verity Cook; his granddaughter Eliza Zylstra; his sister Marillyn Ketcherside; and also, John Zylstra and Jesús Bocanegra Linares. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
