He is survived by: his children, Anthony Carlone and Melissa Carlone (Owens); his children-in-law, Tonya Carlone and Mark Owens; his grandchildren, Isabella, Olivia, Gavin, Harper and Giuliana; his siblings, Rose Falsetto and Mike Carlone; his siblings' children, MaryKay Cristofaro, Anita Johnson (Falsetto), Lizanne Falsetto, Maria Falsetto and Paul Falsetto; and his wife Sandra Carlone (Jorgensen).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that remembrances be made to Cure Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
