She was predeceased by: her husband Walt Radtke. She is survived by: her child Dementia; her brother Clint West; and her grandchildren, Jen Hamilton, Remie, Nico and Reagan. She is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.

She had Parkinson's & Dementia.
