She is survived by: her husband Vern Stephenson; her children, Zachary Stephenson (Sarah), Alex Stephenson (Amber) and Sarah Hangan (Jay); her grandchildren, Elias, AnnaBelle, Weston, Noah, Molly, Natalie, Caleb, Lucas, Lillian, Sophia and Riley; her great grandchildren, Eva, Wade and Wells; and her siblings, Fred Ermey (Betty), Kathleen Nevill and Roberta Copenhefer.
As the years continued, Donna started showing signs of Alzheimer Dementia.
