He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Ave (S. W.); his wife Mary Kinzel of West Seattle; and his children, Jack Dale (Valerie), Carolyn Dale (Tim Pilgrim), Brian Dale (Cynthia), Everett and Jan Koutsky (Jamie). He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and by nieces and nephews.
