He was predeceased by: his girlfriend Darla Kimbrough. He is survived by: his sons, Joshua and Jeremiah; his mother Sandra Allen; his sisters, Karen Allen and Reta Tafelski (Mark Tafelski); his stepmother Trudy Allen; and his stepsiblings, Karen Cartwright and Gene Cartwright. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
