He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Forslund and Beth Forslund (Gilbert); his brother-in-law Steve Counsellor; and his father-in-law Eldon Andres. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary, Chris, Carol, Candis and Gregg; his children, Melissa, James, David, Victoria, Emily, Abigail, Nathaniel and Elizabeth; and his wife Carol Springer. He is also survived by 8 children, his 5 siblings.
