He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Carol Noyes and Margaret Alice Noyes (Powers); his son Arthur Noyes; his grandson Alexander Snyder; his son-in-law Harry Snyder; and his brother Bill Noyes.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann Noyes; his children, Deborah Diemer, Dalene Cothran, Michelle Olafsson, Suzanne Peterson, Donald Noyes, Paula Porter, Joseph Armand, Daniel Noyes and Devon Noyes; and his cousin Marilyn Nielsen. He is also survived by Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (4504 Broadway, Everett, WA 98203). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at the Evergreen Cemetery (4504 Broadway, Everett, WA 98203).
