He is survived by: his children, Lisa Cook and Steve Kizer (Karla); his grandchildren, Daniel Brown (Phinney), Jenn Gibbs, Luke Kizer, Tanner Scott (Stephanie) and Alexis Peterson (Cooper); his great grandchildren, Ayrton Brown, Saylor Kizer and Judson Peterson; and his friend Tony Smith.
