Bullock, James E. Smith Jr. (Denise), John E. Smith (Phyllis) and Rodney S. Smith (Cynthia); and his grandchildren, Terence, Larry, Timika, Karimah, Nakia, Kedrick, Jason, Caalin, James III, Rodney Jr., Cameron, Rashon, Shaylin and Ashlin. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Evergreen Washelli Funeral Home Tribute Center (11111 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, WA 98133). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Washelli Cemetery (11111 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, WA 98133).
