He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Kendall (Janet) of Hillsboro, Brian Kendall (Julie) of Boscobel, Bruce Kendall (Marcia) of La Crosse and Teri Mares (John) of Shakopee, MN; his nephews, Seth Kendall, Matt Kendall (Stephanie), Adam Kendall, Andrew Kendall, Kyle Kendall, Eric Kendall and Aron Kendall; and his great-nephews, Owen and Emery Kendall. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
