He is survived by: his son Phillip; his wife Paula Whaley; his brother Melecio Jr. (Paula); his daughter-in-law Amanda; his grandson Gabriel John Paul; and his siblings-in-law, Melinda Amelsberg (Brad), Brian Estocapio (Julie), Trenton Estocapio, Nick Fadich, Colleen Whaley, Shannon Fadich, John Whaley, Sarah Whaley, Tim Whaley, Danielle Whaley, Patrick Whaley, Paul Whaley, Rob Whaley, Teresa Whaley, Aidan Whaley, Elise Whaley and Lila Whaley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
