He is survived by: his wife Cherie McElwrath of Seattle, WA; his children, Caitlin McElwrath Heintz (Jack Heintz) of Seattle, WA and Major Craig Muir McElwrath of Corsham; his granddaughters, Bonnie Heintz and Mabel Heintz of Seattle, WA; and his sister Susan Brandenburg of Carlsbad, CA. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews.
