It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph William Verhey in Seattle, Washington, born in Oakland, California, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph B. Verhey and Anna B. Verhey (Hanken); his wife Darlene Helen (Seiler); his brothers, Bob, Tom and Dan; and his sisters-in-law, Jackie and Patty.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Sheila. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made in Dr. Jospeh W. Verhey's name to Seattle Children's Hospital Foundation.
