It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marian Irean Dirks (Seattle, Washington), born in Lillooet, British Columbia, who passed away on January 10, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Simeon Henry Dirks; her parents, Christine Oleman and Daniel Copeland; her siblings, Melanie Alexander, Henrietta Alexander, Ida Joseph, Josephine Whitney and Daniel Wallace Copeland; and her children, Margaret Lynn McNeil, Martin Henry Dirks, Helen Marie Moore, Simeon Wallace Dirks, Elizabeth Ann Plunket and Daniel Walter Dirks.
She is survived by: her sister Meria Kelly; and her daughters, Victorine Joyner and Julie Ann Clark. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren; cousins, nieces and nephews and their extended families.
