He is survived by: his wife Cheri; his children, Shane and Brie; his grandchildren, Colton and Keenan; and his brother Ron. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial gifts be made in Mike's name to the University of Washington Husky Promise Scholarship Fund.
