Nancy Brownfield Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Brownfield of Seattle, Washington, born in Lovington, Illinois, who passed away on July 16, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Floyd Bandy; her husband Wilbur Brownfield; her son James Brooks; her stepson Michael Brownfield; her great grandchild Greta Maria Nelson; and her siblings, Bill Bandy, Mary Jane Duley and Charlotte Braden.
She is survived by: her children, Valerie Brooks of Denver, CO, Edward Brooks (Barbara) of Taylorville, Michael "Bill" Brooks (Carolyn) of Clark, MO and Todd Brooks (Judy) of Castle Rock, CO; her sister Dorcas Deckard (Fred) of Princeville, IL; and her stepsons, Tom Brownfield (Terri) of Havana, IL and Bob Brownfield of Seattle, WA.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mason City Reimagine Foundation in Nancy's honor.
