We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2023, at the age of 85, Patricia Kwan Howard of Seattle, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Howard. She is survived by: her siblings, See King Kwan, Alex Kwan, Betty Chinn and Kathleen Ng; and her daughters, Judy Wilde and Sandy Howard. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
