She is survived by: her husband Bill Berg; her children, Bill Berg and Nancy Ruiz; her son-in-law Alejandro Camargo Ruiz; her grandsons, Shaun, Christian and Dennis Berg; and her siblings, Eileen Lychuk, Joyce Hala, Sharon Babcock and David Domes.
Phyl volunteered at a local Thrift store associated with American Cancer Society for several years.
