Collins (Stephen McKenzie) of Seattle and Mathew P. Collins (Mutsuko) of East Wenatchee, WA; and his siblings, Susan Beaty of East Wenatchee, WA, Linda Dunn (Michael) of Twisp, WA, Robert Moore of Texas and Randy Collins of Vancouver, WA. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
