He is survived by: his siblings, James Howard (Emiko), Robert Howard (Norma), Terry Scott, Gary Scott (Lenora) and Jackie Howard; his children, Terri Howard-West, Theodore R. Howard II (Lee), Shaundra Howard, Shari Howard-Powell (Joe), Chris Howard, Naikia Howard, Kesha Howard and Seattle; and his great grandchildren, Ares Bryant, Malachi Howard-Hutchinson and Ella Howard. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren in addition to 3 great-grandchildren.
