He was predeceased by: his parents, Bette H. and John H. Stevenson. He is survived by: his brothers, Andrew Stevenson of Kirkland, WA and David Stevenson of Lake Forest, CA; and his nieces and nephews, Chelsea, Nicole, Henry, Hailen and Harper. He is also survived by extended family and life long friends.
