He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred R Huey and Dorothy S Huey; his wife Nina; his children, Jennifer Dougan (Barry) and Kevin Huey; his grandchildren, Mack Dougan, Marley Dougan and Cate Dougan; and his sister Gail Vitek.
In lieu of flowers a donation in Tod's name may be made to Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center or Seattle Children's Hospital.
