She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Dick Vaughn Sr. The; and her children, Helen Ward (Greg), Sandy Dean, Ken Vaughn Jr., Warren Vaughn, Daniel Vaughn (Carie), Crystal Vaughn, John Vaughn and Kenneth Vaughn III (Ali). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
