He was predeceased by: his sister Jacqueline. He is survived by: his parents, Lenore Mitchell and Louis Solomon; his wife Elizabeth Anderson-Clarke; his children, Lavar, Adina, Monty and Sheda; his brother Dennis (Blacque); and his stepfather Lennie Mitchell. He is also survived by three nieces, four nephews, and a growing generation of grandnieces and nephews.
