She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Tilley and Norma Tilley; her son James Swanson; and her siblings, Nancy Elshaug and Glen Tilley.
She is survived by: her husband Terry A. Powell; her children, Bobbi Swanson and Tony Swanson (Tami); and her brother Bill Tilley. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
