Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jacob leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Howard Hayes, Gladys Hayes Conrad, Cliff and Dorothy Fulker; his brother Josh Hayes; and his cousin Marissa Winnie.
He is survived by: his parents, Steve Hayes and Cheri Hayes; and his close friends, Arden and Kerry Hall. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
