He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthon Steen (Tony) and Signa Hakala Steen (Della). He is survived by: his spouse Lynn; his brother Gary (Diane); his son Ryan (Leslie); his grandsons, Jackson and Austin; his niece Carrie Holmes; and his nephew Anthon Steen.
