She was predeceased by: her parents, Nancy Rather and Walter Atwood; her husband Stan; and her brothers, Bobby Atwood and Rodney Atwood.
She is survived by: her children, Terri Barnett (Kurt) and Tim Sorenson (Lauri). She is also survived by three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
