Frances leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Frances’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Frances will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Mumford and Frances Mumford. She is survived by: her children, David Ryba, Eric Ryba (Sarah) and Diane Ryba (Rene); her son-in-law Tom Robey; and her grandchildren, Lynn Robey, Darva Ryba and Afton Ryba.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dominion Terrace Clubhouse (1301 S 3rd Ave, Sequim, WA 98382).
In lieu of flowers we encourage everyone to honor Joyce's life through contributions to one of her two favored organizations: Olympic Unitarian Universalist Fellowship Dungeness River Nature Center.
