She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Richmond and Lois Caskey. She is survived by: her husband Jaraold "Jerry" Chappell; her children, Dan Jackson, Megan Jackson and Ian Jackson; her siblings, Lance Richmond and Alicia Richmond; and her grandchildren, Gabe, Grace, Logan, Leandra, Lydia, Oakley and Ethan. She is also survived by friends, neighbors, caregivers.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Masonic Lodge (700 S 5th Ave, Sequim, WA 98382).
