He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leroy Donald and Mabel Hester Searles (Shaffer); his wife Roberta Searles of Shelton; his children, Angela Atkinson (Bryon), LeAnne Rodeback (Chris), Stephanie Hanks (Robert), Diana Dass (Anil) and Brandon Searles; and his sisters, Donna Allessio and Karen Searles. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
