He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Watkins and Hazel Watkins; his wife Susan; his brother Rex Watkins (Tammy); his siblings-in-law, Robert Rodger (Joni), Carolyn Stegall (Larry) and Richard Rodger (Kelly); his children, Gina Sullivan, Nancy Waters, Richard Cantrell (Diedre) and Christina Daniel (Brandon); and his grandchildren, Jeff Stewart, Haley Cantrell, Christian Cantrell, Ilea Waters, Kayla Daniel, Faith Daniel and Mason Cantrell. He was also cherished by five great grandchildren.
